SMCOOL Oral Suspension ek antacid aur antiflatulent combination formulation hai jisme Magaldrate aur Simethicone active ingredients hote hain. Yeh suspension physician ke direction ke according acidity aur gas related discomfort me relief dene ke liye use kiya jata hai.
